Site work for a mixed-use development in Humboldt, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a recreation facility; and water / sewer project.
The City of Humboldt is accepting bids to perform work on a unit-price basis as per the contract documents for the construction of stormwater drainage infrastructure and park landscaping upgrades. The work generally will consist of the following: - Open-cut installation of PVC storm sewer mains (200mm to 900mm diameter), - Trenchless installation (auger boring) of 800mm dia. smooth wall steel pipe, - Installation of various manhole and catchbasin structures, - Asphalt paving and concrete sidewalk removal and restoration, - Dry pond area excavation, grading and material hauling, - Park area landscaping (Topsoil, seeding, tree/shrub planting, asphalt pathways, precast block feature walls, concrete pads) - Rural roadway embankment and granular structure construction.
