The work consists of a roof replacement at the Clermont City Hall building located at 685 W. Montrose Street, Clermont, FL 34711. The existing roof must be removed and replaced with a 60-mil single-ply TPO roof. The successful respondent must provide the following services. Remove existing roofing and associated metals down to the existing metal deck and properly dispose of the materials. Broom clean the entire roof. Remove all dust and dirt, and thoroughly clean with a power air blower. Furnish and install a 3.5-inch Poly-Iso adherent to the metal deck with low-rise foam adhesive. Furnish and install 1/2-inch sloped crickets between primary drains with low-rise foam adhesive. Furnish and install 60-mil TPO in solvent-based bonding adhesive. All detail work including vent pipes, roof vents, and other miscellaneous roof projections must be done in accordance with manufacturer specifications. The City of Clermont uses OpenGov ("Software Administrator'), an e-Procurement system ("Portal") that provides bid notification services to interested vendors. The Portal allows for vendors to register online and receive notification of new solicitations, addendum, and awards. A Performance and Payment Bond is required for awarded contracts over $100,000. The successful respondent will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred ten percent (110%) of the contract, within ten (10) calendar days from when the Notice of Award is issued. The bonding limit of the surety shall not exceed ten percent (10%) of the policy holder's surplus (capital and surplus) as listed by A.M. Any interpretations, corrections, or changes to this solicitation will be made by addenda. The sole issuing authority shall be vested in the City of Clermont Procurement Services Department. Addenda will be sent to all who are known to have received a copy of this solicitation.
