The scope of work for this project consists of repairing the fender system, concrete spalls and delaminations, stairs and guardrails, waterline and all other work identified in the contract documents at Port Allen Harbor, Kauai, Hawaii. To be eligible for award, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering Contractor's "A" license at the time when the HIePRO solicitation is due. TWIC security clearance will be required to complete the project. See Specifications for additional information. Hawaii Products Preference does not apply. See attached Plans and Specifications for additional project information. The bidder shall submit the proposal in HIePRO. The Proposal shall be UPLOADED to HIePRO prior to the offer due date and time. Contract Start and End Date shown in the HIePRO solicitation are estimates. The exact dates shall be provided in written notice by the Harbors Division Construction Engineer after award.
