The City of Irvine (hereinafter referred to as the City) is requesting proposals to establish a contract for Hotel Improvement District Advertising, Marketing, and Branding Support, with work to commence on or about July 1, 2023 and be completed on June 30, 2024. The City reserves the right to extend the contract for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods. Scope of Services in accordance with ATTACHMENT I, attached hereto. Firms who fail to meet the minimum qualifications set forth below should not submit a proposal; any such proposal shall be deemed non-responsive and not be considered. 1) Minimum three (3) most recent years of experience performing similar services as those detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP. Pre-Bid Meeting:No Start/Delivery Date:on or about July 2023 Project Duration:one year with optional two years extensions. Any requests for clarification or other questions concerning this RFP must be submitted electronically no later than the date and time specified on the cover page of this RFP. No verbal requests or requests made in any other format will be accepted. Questions must be submitted individually and not in a paragraph format nor combined in a single submission. Requests submitted for Citys consideration of proposed terms and conditions, including modifications to the Citys RFP and/or Contract terms and conditions must be submitted by the deadline for questions. Such requests should include an attachment in Word or PDF format on formal company letterhead that shows the requested modifications. Significant interpretations or clarifications and responses to questions received by the deadline will be addressed via addenda to this RFP, which will be released and posted electronically
