Site work for a water / sewer project in Baltimore, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
To supply and install a complete UV System at the Creighton Heights Water Treatment Plant for Hamilton Township to replace existing equipment with equivalent new generation equipment. See Specifications below and attached Product Data Sheet. The project will be completed no later than December 31, 2023 The latest time for any inquiries is 7 calendar days prior to the tender closing date and time. If an Addendum is needed, it will be posted no later than May 25, 2023 at 4:30pm. Questions received after this date and time will not answered. Township will suffer in the event of and by reason of such delay, the Contractor will pay to the Township, the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or to accept any Bids should it be deemed to be in its best interest to do so in its sole and absolute discretion. The lowest Bid will not necessarily be accepted. as liquidated damages for each and every calendar day delay in finishing the Work beyond the date of completion prescribed.
