Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Brampton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

The existing asphalt shingles, circa 2008, are approaching the end of their service life. A roof assessment report estimated that the asphalt shingles is recommended to be replaced in between 2023 to 2025. However, staff have reported that there are currently missing shingles and flashing causing leaks inside the facility. Therefore, it is recommended to use the special Riverstone funding account to replace all shingles as well as the fascia and eavestroughs using a public tender process in 2023.
