Project consists of replacing the HVAC system components including ventilation and air conditioning systems in building 255. All mechanical and related electrical work is included. Demolish existing HVAC equipment, ductwork and piping as necessary to implement the new air distribution and cooling systems. Replace all existing ventilation air handling units and cooling systems. Infill existing wall and roof penetrations that are being removed or replaced. Provide cold water piping extension to new dedicated communications vault room unit (CRAC). Provide a small wastewater lift pump for drain down of CRAC unit integral humidifier. Provide exhaust for toilets, and where specialty equipment exists. Provide a VAV AHU capable of providing ventilation and air conditioning to all office spaces, arms vault and utility spaces. Provide new head-end control system for temperature and humidity control of all spaces. Provide new fully dimmable LED luminaires in areas where ceilings are removed to accommodate the installation of new ductwork. Provide occupancy sensors to provide automatic shutoff to comply with current energy codes. Comply with drawings and specifications.
