The scope of work for this project consists of fender and substructure repairs at Piers 1, 2, and the Tug Pier at Kahului Harbor. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. To be eligible for award, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering Contractor's "A" license at the time of bidding. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals for the best interest of the public. All questions and requests for information (RFI) applicable to the bid documents shall be submitted via HIePRO no later than 14 calendar days before bid opening. Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed. Verbal RFI will not receive a response. Question Deadline 05/22/2023
