Site work for a water / sewer project in Hilo, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work for this project consists of replacing seven light poles, concrete pedestals and associated electrical work, and recoating three existing light poles at Pier 1, Hilo Harbor, Hawaii. To be eligible for award, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering Contractor's "A" license at the time when the HIePRO solicitation is due. TWIC security clearance will be required to complete the project. See Specifications for additional information. Hawaii Products Preference does not apply. See attached Plans and Specifications for additional project information. The bidder shall submit the proposal in HIePRO. The Proposal shall be UPLOADED to HIePRO prior to the offer due date and time. Contract Start and End Date shown in the HIePRO solicitation are estimates. The exact dates shall be provided in written notice by the Harbors Division Construction Engineer after award Questions deadline: 5/24/23 at 2:00 PM Estimated budget: $500,000 to $800,000 All questions and requests for information (RFI) applicable to the bid documents shall be submitted via HIePRO For additional information, contact Mr. Sumida as noted above.
