Renovation of a mixed-use development in Johnson City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Sterile Processing Supply (SPS) area is used to sterilize medical equipment for the VA hospital. The scope of this project is to perform a complete installation of a VERDA SPS Water Filtration System. This project will involve construction services that include, at a minimum, the demolition and restoration of a Housekeeping Aides Closet (HAC) closet, and the installation and tie-in of the VERDA SPS Water Filtration System to create a fully functional SPS Water Filtration System to feed the current capacity of the SPS facility that meets all current codes and standards. This will also include commissioning of the equipment and complete cleanup of site. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Project Magnitude: Between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
