Exterior facade renovations for the Blower Building, Pump Building. 3. Installation of translucent panels on Equipment Building. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract Bids for: Brush Creek WWTP Pump, Blower, and Equipment Building Renovations for City of Johnson City, ITB #6698. Exterior Improvements include Site Fencing and Gates and General construction work required for exterior renovations to 3 buildings within the sewer treatment facility for City of Johnson City. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by Contractor's Licensing Act 1994 (TCA Title 62, Chapter 6) and all requirements therein. The project requires a 5% Bid Bond, specific insurance and 100% Payment and Performance Bond. Contractors must comply with all Drug Free Requirements. The City of Johnson City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid or bids that are judged to be in the best interest of the Owner.
