The scope of work for this project will involve construction services that include renovations of N001 and N001A (approximately 2,900 SF) in accordance with applicable regulations, including infection control requirements of the hospital environment. This will include but is not limited to select demolition and renovation of architectural, interiors, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and communications/data as outlined in the project drawings and specifications. The period of performance for this project is 210 calendar-days after receipt of a Notice to Proceed. The estimated range of construction is Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mt Home, TN 37684 This project is for Renovate Domiciliary Recreation Room Bldg 160. Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to completely prepare site for building operations including demolition and removal of existing structures to perform work for the above referenced project as required by the drawings and specifications.
