Renovation of a municipal facility in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Radnor Township is soliciting proposals for the design and implementation of corrective measures to the Township Gun Range located at the Radnor Township Municipal Building, 301 Iven Avenue, Wayne Pennsylvania. This is a Design/Build project. The proposal shall include a cost for the design of the corrective measure, and supply: of all supervision, material, tools, parts, and installation of the approved design Site Visits may be scheduled August 15-18, 2023 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 301 Iven Avenue, Wayne, PA 19087. Contact Steve Norcini via email at snorcini@radnor.org to schedule the site visit. The construction portion of the project falls under prevailing wages. Please note that this project will be subject to minimum prevailing wages normally subject to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act 442 as amended) if the Contract Price exceeds $25,000.00. A contractor licensed to perform work in the State of Pennsylvania and Radnor Township will be required to supply: of all supervision, material, tools, parts, and installation of the approved design and obtain the building permit.
