SCOPE / DESCRIPTION To provide Chesapeake Public Schools with its annual requirements for custodial supplies, as per the attached specifications. PROJECT / PRODUCT LOCATION (S) Chesapeake Public Schools Warehouse and Supply, Suite 112 1021 Great Bridge Boulevard Chesapeake, Virginia 23320 CONTACT PERSON (S) PRE-AWARD Any questions regarding the specifications or any other facet of this bid must be directed to Mavis Agbakpe, VCA, Buyer, via email at Mavis.Agbakpe@cpschools.com no later than five (5) days before the date of the bid opening. Any revisions to this bid will be made only by addendum issued by Chesapeake Public Schools' Purchasing Department. CONTACT PERSON (S) POST-AWARD James Holmes Coordinator of Custodial Services (757) 547-2197 Doug Parks Warehouse and Logistical Services Supervisor (757) 547-2036 SCHEDULE / COMMENCEMENT OF WORK: Purchase orders will be issued after the award of this bid. Supplies will be ordered on an as needed basis. The successful vendor will be awarded a 12 months agreement beginning the date of the award through June 30, 2024 DELIVERY NOTIFICATION The successful vendor will notify Chesapeake Public Schools' Warehouse and Supply at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to any deliveries. Please contact Department of Warehouse & Logistical Services at (757) 547-2036 with details regarding delivery. Failure to make the proper notification may result in refusal of shipment. Such refusal shall not obligate Chesapeake Public Schools for any charges in excess of that stated in the bid proposal.
