Renovation of a municipal facility in West Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Any bid not including a bid security will be considered disqualified. Only a bond issued by a Surety, cashier's check or certified check will be accepted. Payment and Performance Bonds will also be required of the awarded party The Dakota County CDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interest of the CDA.
