**As of October 26, 2023, project was awarded to Meyer Contracting, Inc.,, awarded amount is $2,873,837.71** Lift Station No. 4 Improvements & Lift Station No. 4 Forcemain Replacement West St. Paul, MN 1. Lift Station No. 4 Improvements: (a) Removal of existing lift station equipment, controls, piping, a portion of the existing wet well/dry well structure. (b) Furnish and install new precast concrete grinder manhole, wet well, valve vault, pumps, grinder, magnetic flow meter, piping, valves, etc. (c) Furnish and install new control panel, permanent generator, and roof shelter structure to cover this equipment. (d) Lift Station will remain in service during improvements. All temporary bypass pumping of sewage required for the changeover is the responsibility of the Contractor and shall be coordinated with the City. (e) Contractor must bring the Lift Station site up to grade, compact the site, and prepare the site for final restoration and paving. Imported material is required for fill/backfill in some areas due to organic soils present at the site. See plans for details. 2. Lift Station No. 4 Forcemain Replacement: (a) 2,200 LF Slip-Line 10" CIP with 8" DR 11 HDPE, 2500 LF Pipe Burst 10" CIP with 8" DR 11 HDPE, 13 EA Pipe Lining/Bursting Access Pit, XXX (LF) 8" DIP Forcemain, XX Sanitary Manholes, XXX (TONS) Bituminous Paving
