The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project by November 30, 2023 Questions Due: 6/13/2023 by 5:00pm This project will install a perimeter fence and maintenance strip at the playground within Thompson County Park SCOPE OF WORK: 25.1 General Scope: The attached specifications provide a minimum acceptable standard required by the Owner. Base Bid is for all work shown on the contract drawings and referenced in the Bid Documents including but not limited to earthwork, grading, concrete, steelwork, roofing, mechanical, electrical and special fire and security systems. 25.2 Work included: Provide all labor, materials, articles, equipment, incidentals, items, tools, services, methods, operations, skills in such quantities as may be necessary to complete the project within intent of the Contract Documents. 25.3 All work shall be completed in compliance with the latest edition of the prevailing fire prevention and building codes in effect in the State of Minnesota at the specified site. Manufacturer's specifications and instructions for specified products or approved equals become part of these specifications and all such instructions are to be followed accordingly
