City of Lancaster Bureau of Police Parking Garage Restoration Project - Contracts #2023-05a General Construction and Garage Restoration and #2023-05b Plumbing Construction and Cleaning Clarification Deadline 6/1/23 4:00 PM The City of Lancaster is seeking competitive bids to provide labor and materials for a structural restoration of the Bureau of Police parking garage. The parking structure is two tiers with separate access for the public and Lancaster Police from the adjacent streets. The garage footprint, inclusive of the ramps, is approximately 17,500 SF at the upper level and 32,500 SF at the lower level. Review of the Scope of Work for the Project o Structural repairs including but not limited to concrete partial depth floor, overhead surface, slab strengthening, vertical, etc., as noted on the drawings o Waterproofing repairs include but not limited to joint sealant replacement, traffic deck coating, etc., as noted on the drawings o Miscellaneous repairs include but not limited to prep/prime/painting steel bollard base plates, stucco finish repairs, high pressure jet cleaning of drains, etc., as noted on the drawings. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and re-advertise if the best interest of the City will thereby be promoted.
