As of July 18, 2023, project was awarded to TAND, Inc., awarded amount is $1,183,969.00. LABOR COMMISSION NO. PWP - CL - 2023 - 247 SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of road and drainage improvements primarily along the north side of Tropical Parkway and the west side of Walnut Road in the area of the intersection. The scope of work includes asphalt paving, curb and gutter, inlets, piping and other related items The Project shall be completed within one hundred fifty (150) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of the project is: $750,000 to $900,000. A PREBID CONFERENCE will NOT be held not be held for this project. Bidders are expected to familiarize themselves with the project site and conditions without the attendance of City representatives. All questions must be submitted in writing and received no later than Monday, June 5, 2023. The official time will be per the City Clerk's office without exception. Bids received and stamped after the designated time will not be considered and will be returned to the Bidder unopened. Apparent bid results will be sent via the email address provided by the bidders on the signature page of the Bid Proposal. The 1% Contractors List as presented in the Bid Proposal may be provided with the Bid, or will need to be provided within 2- hours of the City's email notification of the three (3) apparent low bidders.
