ASBESTOS ABATEMENT PROPOSAL Asbestos abatement for two (2) residential properties. The undersigned has thoroughly examined the job site, understands the amount of work to be done and hereby proposes to do all the work and furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work, subject to the inspection approval of the Code Enforcement Department of the City of Wichita Falls. THE ATTACHED ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SPECIFICATIONS DEPICT SPECIFIC ITEMS TO BE REMOVED SUBJECT TO REVIEW AT TIME OF BID. BID PRICES TO BE GOOD FOR 60 DAYS. ASBESTOS SURVEY TO BE PROVIDED TO AWARDED CONTRACTOR UPON REQUEST
