The City of Slidell is soliciting proposals from interested parties for Project Management, Grant Management, and Administrative Services as needed for federal and state programs, among other funding sources, to assist with phases of disaster management in response to and recovery from disasters on an as needed basis as authorized in writing. The successful respondent shall enter into a Master Services Agreement with terms of services to be added by Task Order(s) as authorized by the City. Firms should have experience in performing and coordinating this type of work. The work will include performing all services set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP) packet. Each proposal must be contained in a sealed envelope and clearly marked: Proposal: Professional Services for Disaster Recovery Project Management Consultant Services Slidell Job No. 950-88 Proposal #23-P007 Due Date/ Time: May 11, 2023, 10:00 AM An executed affidavit and attestation form must be submitted prior to award. General liability and Professional liability insurance will be required listing the City of Slidell as an additional insured for any candidate awarded the contract. The signature on the proposal must be that of an authorized representative of the corporation, partnership or other legal entity and the bid must be accompanied by a Corporate Resolution or similar incumbency certificate indicating the names of all parties authorized to submit bids for public contracts. This project is funded with federal funds. All applicable Federal, State, Local laws, ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over the project shall apply to the contract throughout.
