Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The proposed Work includes stripping of sod, clearing and grubbing of trees, common excavation, placement and grading of pit run gravel and topsoil, placement and compaction of granular materials, placement of concrete, hydroseeding, and environmental protection. The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work as required for a Lump Sum Price Contract in accordance with these documents. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or certified cheque in lieu thereof in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price (including H.S.T.).
