The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Provision of new ductwork within attic space and bulkhead to apartments. .2 Provision of new energy recovery ventilator units in each apartment. .3 Provision of new fire dampers within ductwork. .4 Modifications to electrical system as necessary. .5 Cutting, fitting, patching, and repairs as necessary.
