PROPOSED INTERIOR RENOVATIONS CLASSROOMS C1, C2, AND C9: Remove and replace ceilings, lights and switches, diffusers and grilles, and carpet; prepare and paint walls, doors, and frames. CLASSROOMS C15 AND C16: Remove and replace ceilings, lights and switches, diffusers and grilles, and resilient flooring; prepare and paint walls, doors, and frames. Provide new resilient tile floor CORRIDORS: Remove and replace ceilings, lights and switches, diffusers and grilles; prepare and paint walls, doors, and frames. Provide new resilient tile flooring over existing finishes. MALE and FEMALE HEADS: Provide total renovation, including removal and replacement of all finishes, fixtures, partitions, accessories, and exposed plumbing. NOTE: Existing vinyl tile in the corridors contains asbestos impregnated mastic. In order to avoid incurring HAZMAT abatement costs, this material will be encapsulated with new finishes. Estimate Amount : $250,000-$500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
