Site work for a water / sewer project in Hampton, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a 78,856-square-foot water / sewer project.
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to furnish/provide construction services, including replacement of pumps and associated piping, electrical equipment and wires, instrumentation and control system, flooring, roofing, doors and hardware, and diesel generator for the Mercury LaSalle Pump Station rehabilitation project, in accordance with the specifications of this IFB. Question Deadline 05/16/2023 at 1:00 PM ET Scope of Work Replacement of two (2) 200 hp primary pumps and two (2) 5 hp recirculation pumps and associated piping; replacement of all electrical equipment, conduit and wires; replacement of instrumentation wires and conduit (existing RTU unit to remain but be relocated); removal of existing tile flooring and installation of new epoxy flooring system, removal of roofing system down to concrete decking; replacement of hollow metal door and hardware and panel system and; replacement of existing diesel generator, battery charger and day tank with new 300 Kw diesel generator, day tank and battery charger.
