If you require assistance with this process, please contact Purchasing at 503-399-3086 Salem-Keizer Public Schools is seeking a firm to provide the repainting of parking lot striping, curbs and other associated items at 32 select locations. Work will begin on July 1, 2023 and final completion will be October 1, 2023 or as otherwise negotiated with District. 1) Preparation work. To include but not limited to: A) Remove dust, dirt, and other granular surface deposits by sweeping, blowing with compressed air, rinsing with water, or a combination of these methods. B) Completely remove rubber deposits, existing paint markings, and other coatings adhering to the pavement, by scraping, wire brushing, sandblasting, mechanical abrasion, or approved chemicals. C) Sandblasting: Use equipment of size and capacity necessary, providing not less than 150 cfm of air at pressure not less than 90 psi at each nozzle used. D) Power wash if necessary and allow to dry overnight or as needed. Scrape or wire brush any remaining peelings. E) Remove any weeds growing at the curbs
