As of May 11, 2023, construction underway and nearing completion. All trades have been awarded. Seeking subcontractors for the following scopes of work: o Concrete o Metals o Mass Timber Structure o Membrane Roofing o Metal Siding and Roof o Glass and Glazing o Light-gage Framing, Drywall, and Ceilings o Elevator o Fire Suppression o Plumbing o Mechanical o Electrical/ Low Voltage o Sitework/ Utilities/Paving General Contractor Disclosure - Bid Package 030000 Concrete: Howard S. Wright intends to submit a bid proposal to self-perform Bid Package 030000 Concrete. All Bid Package 030000 proposals shall be submitted via email to Ricardo Becerril, Compass Project Solutions (ricardo@compasspsinc.com) and not submitted to Howard S. Wright. Review and award determination for this package will be complete by Compass Project Solutions. All pre-bid questions must be submitted in writing by 12PM on Thursday, October 14th 2021. These will be answered via an Addendum. All bidders must comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law in ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870. All bidders must be registered with the Construction Contractors Board at the time of bid submission. The Project consists of a new 45,000 square foot office building and associated site development work including parking, stormwater infrastructure and landscaping for the City of Salem, Oregon, Public Works and Engineering Departments.
