Site work for a water / sewer project in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical upgrades to an existing sanitary sewer pump station. The Contractor hereby agrees to furnish: All materials, labor and equipment and incidentals, and to perform all work shown on the drawings and described in the specifications for the project prepared by WESTECH ENGINEERING, INC he Owner reserves the right to delete or delay until a later date award of the following bid alternates as the Owner deems appropriate and in the Owner's best interest, with said deferred award date not to be later than 30 days following the Notice to Proceed for Base Bid items. The Contractor shall substantially complete the contract within one-hundred and fifty (150) days of beginning construction activities on site. Contract time shall commence upon starting any significant construction activities on site, including mobilization, excavation, demolition, or similar All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to the Engineer in writing
