Work of this project includes the following: - This contract covers work as required on a time and material basis. - Regular College work hours are 8 AM to 4:30 PM. - Only one Foreman per any crew will be allowed. - Labor rates are complete and include all "hand tools" required to perform the work. Specialty power tools, dump trucks, excavating equipment will be billed at prevailing contractor rental rates. - Labor rates are "On site" time and signed for by the Facility Department Director or his designated supervisor. - Permits, when required, will be reimbursed at cost. - Project estimates are required prior to notice to proceed. - Anticipated work is "maintenance" and/or new construction may not exceed $25,000. - Prevailing Wage rate requirement does not apply. Performance Bond requirement does not apply. - Job trucks are not billable unless pressed into actual service. Any cost attributed to vehicles must be included in the labor rate. - Inspection of work site - not in contract In coordination with College policy, the Contractor will observe the following: Follow the College's alcohol, drug free, and no smoking policies at all times Will not harass or use profanity when speaking to anyone on campus.
