Site work for a water / sewer project in Pomona, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City is seeking a licensed masonry contractor to repair/rebuild the proposed brick wall that has been damaged. Contractor is responsible for any large equipment rentals used during the duration of the job. The awarded contractor will be expected to: Remove the portion of the damaged wall Discard all debris related to the damage, removal and construction Repair the damaged portion of the 6 foot block wall, using 6x8x16 pink C.M.U block Furnish and install rebar in every other cell of wall Fill each cell with concrete Fill grout lines in wall, use 2,000 psi grout, with color match to the existing wall grout Clean grout on both sides of wall Include concrete cap Contractor responsible for all clean up, pre and post wall construction and all debris remove Question Deadline 05/17/2023 at 10:00 AM PT Bidders must examine all documents and any addenda posted to PlanetBids, and seek clarification of any ambiguity, conflict, omission or error.
