Source ID PU.AG.USA.1054.C3859376 Piggyback Contract No Question Acceptance Deadline 05/19/2023 05:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The City's Department of Health & Wellness seeks a qualified wayfinding, signage, graphic design, or engineering consultant to develop a wayfinding plan that would improve accessibility by informing users about access points, parking, distances, and what to expect when using the network. On-site signage and materials created would assist users when using the trail to know how to get to destinations, like food, recreation, transportation, bathrooms, business districts, and more. All design, layout, structural, mounting, installation and sign placement considerations shall be recommended by the Respondent, as well as associated cost estimates. Signage, interpretive panels, and kiosks would be inspired by the Connecting Kingston Signage & Wayfinding Plan and in English and Spanish. Content for interpretive panels would be created through a robust public outreach campaign. Graphic standards will be needed to create guidance for future signage. Updated printed maps, potentially a digital map or app, and updated content for the Greenline website would allow folks to plan their experiences. The signage design and placement, deliverables designs, and project reports, including public outreach, will be pulled together into a final Greenline Wayfinding Plan. The wayfinding Plan will serve as a necessary tool to enable visitors and residents to navigate the Greenline network safely and easily, which will increase tourism and be an economic stimulator.
