Site work for a civil project in Flagler Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of July 12, 2023, project was awarded to Advanced Pace Technologies, LLC, , awarded amount is $ $722,157.72. Work includes lining of 200 sewer laterals and 2 (two) lift stations All questions should be directed in writing to the City Clerk at Poverstreet@cityofflaglerbeach.com. Questions shall be submitted by May 17, 2023 at 5:00 PM. No bids received after the time and date specified for the opening will be considered. The City of Flagler Beach, Florida reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all nonsubstantial irregularitiesin bids received, wheneversuch waiver or rejection isin the best interest of the City. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the City of Flagler Beach, Florida or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. NO bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the bid opening without the consent of the City of Flagler Beach, Florida. Upon award, the successful bidder will also be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory contract one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Construction Bonds to be recorded by the vendor, with the Clerk of the Court, Flagler County, Florida and to enter into a contract for services with the City of Flagler Beach (hereafter known as "City."
