Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lansing, Illinois. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Phase III – Construction Engineering Services for the Bernice Road resurfacing project located between Torrence Avenue and Wentworth Avenue. This project is being federally funded, and therefore, consultant selection will be in accordance with the Qualification Based Selection (QBS) guidelines in the Brooks Act (40 USC 11) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) requirements for Procurement, Management, and Administration of Engineering and Design Related Services (23 CFR 172). Consultant interviews will not be conducted As of December 6, 2024, per owner, an engineer has been identified. Project will be constructed in 2025. It has not been let by the State of Illinois yet. No contractor has been selected.
