Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM) General Construction Contract The Institute for Advanced Learning and Research invites bids pursuant to the Virginia Public Procurement Act from general contractors for the construction of IALRs Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing Facility, as described in more detail in the Contract Documents. The selection process shall be competitive sealed bidding. A mandatory On-site Pre-bid conference will he held in the IALR building 150 Slayton Ave. Contractor's are to notify the Architect of Record (by email lhasson@dewberry.com) once they receive this notification and express their intention on attending the pre-bid conference and subsequent bidding. There are two folders that all contractors should have, Drawings and Specification's for Bid and Drawings for Reference Drawings for Bid Include : Volume one and Two of the Construction Documents for building one Combined specifications for building one Audio/Visual Rough in drawings Drawings for Reference Include: ATDM rough grading package ATDM Structural steel Drawings ATDM Switchboard specifications ATDM Chiller Specifications ATDM Approved Structural Shop Drawings ATDM Approved Anchor Bolt Shop Drawings
