Renovation of a municipal facility in Danville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, & incidentals necessary to perform work as detailed in the project manual and drawings as prepared by Dewberry (attached). The City of Danville will retain possession of the existing generator and will provide a trailer for the existing generator to be loaded onto. The project location is 212 Lynn St. Danville, VA 24541. Bonds: 5% Bid bond; 100% performance and payment bonds. Liquidated Damages: ($300) three hundred dollars per calendar day
