It is the intent of this "RFP" to secure one or more Engineering Consulting Firms (Engineer) to assist Danville Utilities Power & Light (DU) in the planning, design, and construction of transmission and distribution facilities. The range of expected services required includes but is not limited to: transmission line design (overhead), distribution line design (overhead & underground), joint-use request review & post installation inspections, and general engineering technical support. The City reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
