Site work and paving for a parking garage in Farmington, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a parking garage; and for paving for a parking garage.
This project is located at UConn Health, 263 Farmington Avenue, Farmington, CT and involves the installation of safety barrier fencing at the upper levels of Parking Garage 2. Construction/installation activities will need to be coordinated in order to minimize the impact on nearby Emergency Department Ambulance Entrance as well as parking spaces and general traffic flow. All questions regarding this ITB must be submitted in writing by Friday May 19th , 2023 2:00 PM Engineering Services o The Contractor shall provide shop drawings, fabrication and connection details as well as engineered calculations prepared and sealed by a registered professional engineer, licensed in the State of Connecticut. Fencing Installation o Fabricate and install fencing type in locations identified on the drawings including all support and connections to existing garage structure.
