Renovation of an educational facility in Farmington, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the form of cash, bid bond, certified check, treasurer s check or cashier s check made payable to Farmington Public Schools in an amount not less than 10% of the bid. The successful bidder upon award of bid will need to provide a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Labor and Materials Bond. Substantial Completion August 22, 2023. Farmington Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities or technical defects, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of Farmington Public Schools to do so.
