The University of Connecticut Health Center (UConn Health) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to provide preventive maintenance and on call maintenance for emergency power supply systems (Engine/generatory or engine/generator/transfer switch) in compliance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards. Systems are located at UConn Health main campus and satellite locations. The term of the award resulting from this RFP will be five (5) years (approximately October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2028), with UConn Health option to renew for two (2) additional one-year (1-year) periods. UConn Health reserves the right to add or delete locations and/or equipment to any resulting contract with reasonable written notice to the awarded supplier(s).
