Secondary Service Feeder Replacement The Farmington Libraries are seeking bids from qualified bidders to replace the secondary service feeder at the Farmington Main Library, located at 6 Monteith Drive, Farmington, CT. The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying all necessary labor, equipment, and materials in order to complete the work as specified in the bid documents. Each BID shall be accompanied by a certified check, bid bond, treasurer's check or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank, trust or surety company made payable to the Farmington Libraries in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bidder's BID. Any addendum acknowledgment shall also be submitted with the bid. The successful bidder is required to comply with the provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1972, and, if applicable, the Connecticut Fair employment Practice Law.The Farmington Libraries reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to award any item, group of items or the total bid, and to waive any or all informalities or technical defects, if it is deemed by the Libraries to be in the best interest to do so. Bids sent by facsimile or e-mail willnot be accepted.
