SCOPE 1.01 This Specification establishesthe minimum requirementsfor thissolicitation, listed and described in the body of these specifications, to be used as noted, by the School Board. 1.02 AWARD TERM The successful Bidder shall be awarded a contract for the completion of the Osceola High School HVAC Renovation Project and to establish a fixed price per the terms and quantities specified herein. 1.03 SCOPE Work performed under this contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment necessary to provide the completion of the Osceola High School HVAC Renovation project as shown in the drawings provided by SGM Engineering, dated March 1, 2022 (Attachment 1). Provided on the email there is a link for two plans, one set is the existing (for information purposes), the other the proposed fix. Your quote will be based of the proposed fix plans and specifications. All work that would require to turn off an AHU will need to be performed after hours or a time where it does not interrupt instructional time. All shutdowns need to be scheduled and coordinated with the school. This project will require a fundamental commissioning process for the indicated HVAC systems as shown on the contract documents. Contractors will be part of the commissioning team and required to attend all Cx meetings and assist with all required documentation and testing. Contractors will be required to complete the Cx Checklists for all major equipment, their components and a Pre-Functional Performance Test before the formal Functional Performance Test (FTP) is conducted. If for any reason the formal FPT has failed, does not pass, or is aborted by the Commissioning Authority and retesting is required, the responsible contractor/parties shall be responsible for 100% of retesting expenses.
