TOHO is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified and licensed Contractors to provide restoration and repair services to the pavement, sidewalks, curbs and gutters when emergency repairs are made to the water, waste water and reclaimed water systems by the TOHO`s staff. TOHO intends to enter agreement with one or more contractors as a result of this solicitation. The Contractor/s shall perform work at various locations throughout TOHO service area. The awarded Contractor/s will perform all work necessary to complete each "Task Authorization" as assigned. Typical work may include but is not limited to; o Construction of new sidewalks o Removal and replacement of existing asphalt and associated base o Removal and replacement of existing sidewalks o Pouring of repair of concrete slabs, pathways and structures o Construction of new or repair of existing roadway curb and gutter o Construction of curb cuts and handicap ramps o Construction of handrails o Construction of gravity walls and headwalls o Demolition and Removal of construction debris o General grading and sodding o Replacement of broken sprinkler heads o Other work as assigned to complete each Task Authorization successfully.
