Remodeling of a fitness / recreation center in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fitness / recreation center.
**As of June 21 2023, project awarded to H5 Construction, LLC in the amount of $35,333.38. The start and the end has not yet been determined. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: Between: $50,000 - $100,000 The Work that is presented in the Bid Proposal for this Contract consists of new flooring, painting and fixtures in the gym bathroom 109A on the ground floor. ALL QUESTIONS SHALL BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO THE QUESTION DUE DATE THIS WILL BE THE FINAL OPPORTUNITY TO ASK QUESTIONS OR REQUEST CLARIFICATIONS. Requests for interpretation or clarification of the bidding Documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing Office (wwpur@muni.org). Please reference the Invitation to Bid Number & Project Title. Do not contact the specified department directly. To maintain the project schedule, Interpretations, corrections, or changes to the Bidding Documents shall be made by Addendum and shall not be binding unless included in the Addendum. It is your responsibility to periodically check the website for addenda. The Municipality of Anchorage reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening of bids or before the award of contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days from the time of the opening. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
