You are invited to review and respond to this Small Business (SB) Invitation for Price Quote (IFPQ), 04A6654 entitled On-Call Hazardous Materials Survey Reports Services in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sonoma Counties. In submitting your quote, you must comply with the instructions found herein. Contractor agrees to provide as-needed Hazardous Materials Survey Reports services to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). The services will be performed at properties administered by Caltrans District 04 Right of Way, Property Management and Excess Lands in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sonoma Counties. This solicitation is authorized pursuant to Government Code Section 14838.5, which provides for the award of contracts for the acquisition of goods, services, or information technology that has an estimated value of greater than $5,000.00, but less than $250,000.00, to a certified SB, including a Micro Business, or a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise." A bid of $250,000 and above will result in rejection of your bid due to non-responsiveness.
