As of January 5, 2024, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Replacement of motor control centers and appurtenant equipment, and seismic upgrade of the San Antonio Pump Station The Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontracting requirement is 11.00%. The LBE subcontracting requirement can only be met with certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs and SFPUC Micro & Small-LBEs. The LBE subcontracting participation requirement is under 20% because a large portion of the work involves highly specialized equipment that needs to be purchased and installed, and due to the project location of 50 miles from San Francisco with limited LBE availability.
