Sealed bids will be received by the Village of Trout Valley at the second floor of the Barn with an address of 167 County Commons Road, Trout Valley, Illinois, for the Village of Trout Valley Barn Site Improvements, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. All bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above. Bids transmitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted. The work shall consist of providing all labor and material necessary for the demolition and reconstruction of the various site elements including 439 feet of B-6.12 Concrete Curb and Gutter, 207 feet of Concrete Variable Height Curb and Gutter, 112 ton of Hot-Mix Asphalt Binder Course, IL-19.0, N50, 68 ton of Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Course, Mix "D", N50 164 square yards of P.C.C. Pavement, 992 square yards of Pavement Removal, storm sewer removal, site grading, storm sewer, dry creek swale excavation, landscape restoration and other related work as indicated on the engineering plans. This work shall be performed as specified earlier in this section. This work shall be paid for at the contract price per lump sum for CONSTRUCTION SITE VIDEO RECORDING. Not less than the prevailing rate of wages as established by the Village of Trout Valley, the Department of Labor, or as determined by the Court on Review, shall be paid to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work as indicated in the general instructions of the bid package.
