Sheffield-Sheffield Lake City Schools- 2023 Technology Upgrades Campus Improvements Bid Package - Technology Upgrades - A/E estimate is $470,000.00 Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond (per section 153.571 (ORC) in the amount of (100%) of the highest aggregate amount of the base bid plus all add alternates submitted by the bidder, or a certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of that bid. The district will make a pre-bid walk through available on Wednesday July 12. Contact Rgayheart@gpdgroup.com to request a site-visit The Sheffield-Sheffield Lake City Schools reserves the right to waive informalities, to accept or reject any and all or parts of any and all bids, in whole or part or any combination thereof or award the contract to other than the lowest bidder Work Restrictions, General: Comply with restrictions on construction operations. 1. Comply with limitations on use of public streets and with other requirements of authorities having jurisdiction. 2. The Contractor shall be fully and totally responsible for the conduct and safety of their own personnel, and shall develop and institute all precautions, and shall supervise and control all work in such a manner that all work is performed safely. The Owner and Architect accept no risk and no responsibility whatsoever for the safety of contractor personnel during the construction of the project. The Contractor accepts these conditions by their submission of a bid for the project.
