Remodeling of an educational facility in Logan, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
This project is to provide an interior remodel per the design documents for a student gathering / museum space in the existing room 239 room at the Engineering Labs Building. The room has been abated and demod of all built structures and flooring. The existing mechanical and electrical systems remain in the room, but all previous structures have been removed. The work will consist of; - Metal stud wall framing and gypsum board finishes - Interior Electrical power and lighting upgrades - New Mechanical distribution systems throughout the space. - Interior storefront glazing systems - Interior painting throughout the space - Carpet and Carpet Base - Custom interior wall finishes (casework wall panels) - Access Control system - AV and IT pathways for USU installed gear and wiring Bids will be in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared and distributed by: Joe Beck, Project Manager, USU Facilities Design and Construction
