Site work, paving and new construction of a recreation facility in Logan, Utah. Completed plans call civil work for an amusement/recreational facility.
Hyde Park has assigned responsibility to Nixon & Nixon for construction of sections of the Bonneville Shoreline Trail with the development of private land on the east side of the city and on a parcel of Hyde Park City property. Nixon & Nixon are requesting cost proposals from professional and experienced trail builders to build approximately 1.3 miles. The trail is intended to be a family-friendly and close to home mulit-use trail. The trail will be built for non-motorized users (bikers, hikers, strollers, walkers, etc...). The trail is located near a growing community in Northern Utah. It will provide access to Hyde Park Canyon and will move Cache Valley closer to having contiguos Bonneville Shoreline Trail connecting Logan Canyon to Hyde Park Canyon. Much of the terrain is on a hillside. Preliminary alignment has been vetted and marked by Cache County's Trail Program, the private developer's landscape architect consultant and Hyde Park City. As of August 24, 2023, no award or bid results have been released.No construction timeline is available.
