The Duck Valley Housing Authority (DVHA) is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of residential fencing. Please contact DVHA for maps and more information of the Newtown Subdivision. Supply and install 22,000 of 4 feet chain link fence of 11-gauge mesh, 2 3/8 line and terminal posts, 1 3/8 top rail around 81 homes in the Newtown and Thomas Loop Subdivision, located on Hwy 225 and Hwy 51, Owyhee, NV / Idaho. The bidder will supply chain link fence and install 81 walk gates at 4 wide, supply and install 10 double drive gates. Bidders are encouraged to complete a site visit for more accurate footage. Firms claiming Indian Preference must submit proof of enrollment with an Indian tribe as defined in the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA) of 1996 and also provide proof of at least 51% Indian ownership of their firm.
